We are located in Twyford, a typical Hampshire village with an excellent travel network. Twyford is only 3 miles from the historic city of Winchester and 10 minutes drive from Southampton Airport. Historic Portsmouth and beautiful Salisbury Cathedral are both within easy reach.

There is a regular bus service into Winchester and Shawford train station is a 15 minute walk away which has links to London (60 minutes away) and local services to Southampton, Portsmouth & Bournemouth.

There are three pubs with restaurants within a walking distance of 3 to 15 minutes, each offering a full and varied menu. Twyford Stores and Post Office is open 12 hours a day. In addition to selling almost everything, they have a restaurant, Bean Below, where you can enjoy a relaxed drink or meal inside the restaurant or in the patio garden. The village has two hair salons. There is a local taxi service.

There are many beautiful walks within the area and you can easily walk to Winchester along the River Itchen.
